Who gets to see your video along the way, depends entirely on what type of production we're developing for you. Naturally the Producer, Crew and Craft Editor gets to see what is captured in the can. And you and your Agent, PR Team or Legal Execs, if that's what's needed.

Naturally in the course of our productions, we may capture private moments or genuinely humorous moments you may not wish to share. That's fine. We have many fond memories we simply can't share with the public. Your private moments will remain just that. Private!

All of our Celebrity and VIP Clients receive the personal mobile contact number of a dedicated Senior Producer who is assigned to your project right from the moment to contact Thinktank. Our main Video Production Company is based in Manchester UK with offices also in Liverpool.

All calls with you will be taken in private and the nature of discussions are treated as regarded as private and confidential. We have personal friends who are celebs and VIPs so we really understand the importance of keeping everything under wraps, until you're ready to release your production.

About who? Exactly. We don't discuss who we're working with or what we're doing, without express permission. In the event of the media finding out about our project, you can count on us. We're media trained - both sides of the camera. We know how to say nothing at all and how to handle any questions. And, we're proficient in dealing with even the most pushy journalists or individuals who may pretend to be calling 'on your behalf'. if we're not sure who we are dealing with, we will ask you first.

In today's world, everyone's time is precious. We get that! VIPs and Celebs can sometimes be so busy that they may wish to speak to us outside our normal operating hours. That's fine! As long as you accept that we may be not always be in the office if we answer your call at 9pm, then we're available 12-hours a day to discuss your needs.

For overseas projects, we can arrange to be available to take your calls at weekends or during the night-time, should you be communicating from a time zone in the US, Asia or Australasia. Simply discuss any special arrangements you wish to make with a senior producer who will arrange for any special provisions to be made.
